Norfolk International Airport offers robust rental car options, with 8 companies and a large fleet. Rental Car reservation areas are in the Arrivals Terminal on Level 1 and are open from 4:30 AM until the last arriving flight each night. Choose from Alamo, American, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, or National. Pick-up is on Level G in Garage A and car return is on Level 2, Garage A.
Ride Shares and Taxis
