Built in 2022, this stylish corner-unit condo offers a seamless blend of luxury and convenience. Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy atmosphere anchored by high-end LVP flooring, contemporary furnishings, and fresh coastal decor. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to whip up a gourmet meal. With a gorgeous quartz topped 10 foot island, you'll WANT to cook here. There are full bathrooms attached to both bedrooms, plus both rooms have ample closet space and hangers. Full size laundry facilities are provided in the unit as well. For those who prefer to dine alfresco, the unit features a brand-new grill and on the private patio is a polywood bar space for 2, perfect for enjoying the salt air with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail complete with a lighthouse view. One parking space is available in front of the unit.
Entertainment and comfort are at the forefront of this home, with high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, allowing you to easily stream your favorite shows.
