NEW to Paramount Destinations: White Horses, formerly known as Saltwater Paradise, has all the key amenities for a perfect beach vacation: dog-friendly, a hot tub plus a short walk to the neighborhood beach access is 675 feet away.
Beds: 3 Kings (2 Masters), 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle; 12 Towel Sets provided
TOP LEVEL:
The beach floor plan offers the main living space, known as the Great Room, provides deck access and beautiful views. With decks on 3 sides of the house that face north, east and south, plan to enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing on deck furniture to soak up the sun s rays. The living area has a large flat-screen TV with 2 over-stuffed armchairs and a comfortable couch for stretching out. The dining area has a table that will seat 6 and the kitchen island provides seating for 5 more guests. A fully-stocked kitchen offers has updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a half bath available on this level. [Note: gas fireplace in the living area is not for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
The covered deck at the front of the house has an outdoor dining table and also a small outdoor couch for enjoying the shade. Inside, this floor offers 4 bedrooms for family members. The King bedroom shares a hall bath (shower/tub combo) with a bedroom that has 2 Twin beds and the third bedroom that has a Pyramid Bunk (twin over double) with a Trundle bed available. The fourth bedroom is a King Master Suite and its master bath has a shower/tub combo.
GROUND LEVEL:
The fifth bedroom is a King Jr. Master Suite which has a semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) that is shared with the Lounge. The Lounge offers 2 couches and large flat-screen TV for viewing a favorite game or movie. A second full-size refrigerator is available for chilling beverages and storing extra groceries. It is located just inside the slider doors that go out to patio is very convenient for grabbing drinks or snacks. A countertop icemaker appliance is available too! The laundry area is located on this level. There is parking for 3 to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
EXTRAS:
The hot tub is available for the adults to enjoy on the outdoor patio. A gas grill is available for grilling and an outdoor shower for showering off after the beach or before using the hot tub. Best of all, the fenced side yard is available for children and/or your dogs (2 max.) to play safely within the property s perimeter. In this neighborhood, there is a community tennis court which includes a basketball goal at the the intersection of Marlin and Porpoise Pt Roads.
