TOP LEVEL: 
The Great Room offers a large flat-screen TV, plenty of comfortable couch seating and access to the upper deck with a furnished screened porch and a picnic table. The Kitchen has granite countertops with plenty of space to prepare family meals. The Kitchen Island has a prep sink and can seat 4 at the counter with a Dining table that seats 8. There is a half bath next to the Kitchen. A small Loft offers seating and privacy plus sunset views to the west from its balcony. A King Master Suite is on this level with flat-screen TV, access to the top deck and a large Master Bath with a low-barrier shower. (Note: interior gas fireplace is not for guest use)

MID LEVEL:
From the entry way, the Den is another sitting area for family members to gather and relax. There are three Master Suites on this floor, each with private baths, flat-screen TVs and deck access: a King Master, a double Twin Bed Master and the third Master has both a Top Bunk/Futon and a Bunk Bed Set which will be great as a kids' bedroom.

GROUND LEVEL:
Down to the ground level, there is a Game area with pool table, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and more Lounge seating with flat-screen TV. The Laundry area is located next to the Queen Jr. Master Suite which has a semi-private bathroom that is shared with the Game area. The private pool (12' x 24', open June to mid-Sept.) and hot tub complete the outdoor area outside the home along with a charcoal grill.
