TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room encompasses a family-friendly living space with beautiful views to the west of the Currituck Sound. In the living area, a large sectional couch will accommodate your family members while viewing the large flat-screen TV. A built-in beverage center is part of the living room layout. For the dining area, the table seats 8 and there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is filled with upgraded amenities such as granite counters, a gas cooktop, and 2 built-in wall ovens. Enjoy the screened porch with outdoor table and other deck furniture to view beautiful sunsets from the top sun deck! A half bath is available on this floor. Two King Master Suites are on this level: one has deck access and its master bath has a soaking tub and separate tiled shower. The other King Master Suite includes a seating and desk area. [Note: gas fireplace on this level is not for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
A large Lounge will serve as a second living area for family members to hang out and view a favorite program or movie together. There is a wet bar and mini-fridge for keeping snacks and beverages close by. It has deck access to the back of the house for more relaxation and shade from summer sun. A shared bath (shower/tub combo) is available for the Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Double) with Trundle (new picture to come) and the Queen bedroom (with deck access) on this floor. The last bedroom is a King Master Suite with deck access and a tiled shower in its master bath. The laundry area is also on this floor. At the back of the house, the pool deck will be a gathering place for sun-lovers around the 11' x 23' private saltwater pool.  A 6-person hot tub is available for the adults to enjoy. Use the outdoor shower to shower off before using the watery amenities. The family member in charge of grilling can look forward to preparing easy meals on the gas grill. A second full-size refrigerator is located inside the garage which guests can access from the interior of the home but there is no parking inside the garage. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservation to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
