Shorebreak is ready for 2026 rentals as a brand new home with a generous layout and 4 master bedrooms to accommodate guests. It is located approximately 1 mile from the public beach access on Bonito Street which has free parking. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed.]

TOP LEVEL:
The open floor plan of the Great Room offers a large flat-screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and access to a sun deck on the east side of house which can also be accessed from the dining room. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The kitchen has upgraded appliances, plus a built-in microwave. There is a half bath located by the kitchen. The King Master Suite on this floor has a large shower in its master bath.
MID LEVEL:
From the entry way, you can access 3 more bedrooms: 2 King Master Suites have deck access to the mid level back deck. One master bath has a shower/tub combo and the other has a large shower in its master bath. The last Master Bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a private deck and a shower in its master bath.
GROUND LEVEL:
The Lounge has a kitchenette with a beverage center for additional cold drinks so there is room to chill the groceries in the main refrigerator. There is another half bath on this level as well as an outdoor shower near the pool for showering off after beach-going. An outside bar area is planned as a poolside amenity for guests to relax and have access to snacks and beverages. The washer and dryer in located off the Lounge area. The private pool measures approximately 10' x 20' (open mid-May to mid-October). A gas grill is available to prepare easy family meals. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
EXTRAS:
As a guest of the Monteray Shores community, your family will be able to make reservations online to use the community amenities. These amenities are available during business hours and include 2 community piers for small craft boat launch, fishing or crabbing (NC License is required), a children’s playground, 3 basketball courts, 4 tennis/pickleball courts, adult and kiddie pool (summer only), and a fitness center.
