Located on the top level is a Great Room with a cathedral ceiling, a living area with flat-screen TV (note: gas fireplace not for guest use), dining area (seats 8), kitchen island (seats 4) and the newly renovated kitchen. A King Master Suite with private deck access, shower and soaking tub. Guests have access to the top sun deck with picnic table. There is a half bath on this floor.
MID LEVEL:
This level has 1 King Master Suite, 1 Queen Master Suite, and a bedroom with 2 Twin Beds that has a Full Bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have access to covered decks, facing either towards the front or the back of the house. This level also has a sitting area with deck access.
GROUND LEVEL:
There is one bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed sets and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo. The laundry area is nearby and there is exterior access to the outside pool (14' x 28') and hot tub. There is also a large lounge area with mini-fridge as a great place to relax while being close to the outside pool patio. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
EXTRAS:
On the west side of the neighborhood, across Duck Road, there are community amenities available which include a pool and tennis courts that also have lines for playing pickleball.

It was amazing! We loved the property for it's cleanliness, space and pool area. We also loved the proximity to the beach. We appreciated one of your maintenance persons coming right away to fix something. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with private backyard
Great house, everything was well thought out and the decor was great. Best part was the back yard/pool. With the trees, you felt secluded. Did not feel as if the neighbors were right on top of you. Trees creTed lots of privacy. Short walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. House was clean and very comfortable!!!!! Plenty of room for all. Home amenities were fabulous. Kitchen was so well equipped. Loved the extra large pot. We were able to make a frogmore stew for 12. Best house rental to date.
