TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a living area with a Pool table so your family can spend together on one level. The dining area (seats 10) and the kitchen island can seat 2 with room for all family members to share meals prepared in a well-equipped kitchen. The King Master Suite has a master bath with a separate shower from a soaking. There is access to the front of the house to the screened porch. A half bath is also on this floor.
ENTRY LEVEL:
As you enter the home, there is a King bedroom with access to a hall bath (shower/tub combo). This bathroom is shared with 2 other bedrooms: the Queen bedroom (access to the back deck) and a bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk set for kids. The second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo.
There is access to an outdoor shower, private pool which measures 14' x 28' (pool heat available for an additional fee) and a hot tub. The garage is not available for guest use. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.
EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

The Perfect Location
We wanted a place that family could visit and there would be something for everyone. This was the perfect location. Close to shops and beach access is not far away.

Excellent setup
Excellent setup for a family vacation - all adults with adult children! Bedroom/bathroom configurations worked out perfectly. Loved the Club amenities and the pool in the backyard. The trolly service to the private beach was perfect. Kitchen facilities/cookware was great! Only negative to the stay was an ant problem. The house should also come with a fly swatter! Would definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful vacation home for our party of 10! Had everything we needed to cook at the house. We loved the pool and hot tub and the trolley service to the beach. Everything is in close proximity!

This house was wonderful place to stay, Very clean, Very spacious, and well maintained. The kitchen had every item need to cook at home. We enjoyed all the amenities that were included and will very much stay here again when we come back to the Outer Banks.

This house was so much fun.
The weather didn’t cooperate but the pool table and screened in patio made things fun for us. The house was very clean and well stocked. The heated pool was perfect since it wasn’t too hot this week. Thanks for the great stay!

First time in outer banks
Lovely home that was clean upon entering. House was open and available about 30 past check in time but worth the wait. Plenty to do at the Currituck Club with multiple pools available. Hot tub and pool were lively to have for quick midday swims.

The house itself was completely as advertised
The house itself was completely as advertised. We enjoyed the parking for 5 cars (in a pinch, the garage was usable, but we put our beach toys in there). The kitchen was well-stocked with the practical items. The large dining room table accommodated all 11 of us (8 adults, 3 kids) and the living space (2nd floor) was spacious and open. The outdoor decks in front (screened) and rear (overlooking pool) were used a lot. The pool was refreshing and we used the hot tub a little as well. The bedrooms were mostly on the first floor and good-sized... The trolley stop was in the cul-de-sac right off our driveway, too. The Currituck Club has sidewalks around the entire complex. Plus, there were numerous pools to use and the staff at the Fitness Center (where you get Club info and wristbands) was friendly and helpful. Also the Harris Teeter and a few other stores just before the Club entrance were very convenient. Its location was also a 5 minute drive north to more stores (Food Lion, restaurants/shops at Timbuck2, movie theater, and other stores)... working with Paramount Destinations was terrific!
