Our Beach Oasis is a comfortable, oceanside 5-bedroom home ideally located in the Whalehead Beach neighborhood of Corolla. Decks on both sides of the house offer sun as well as shade under the covered decks, especially for 4-footed family members as the house is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs. You’ll have the best of both worlds by being close to the beach access (850 feet) while enjoying a spacious pool area with a gazebo.

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room includes the Living area with a flat-screen TV and deck access, Dining area (seats 10), Kitchen with Bar Island (seats 4). A King Jr. Master Suite has a semi-private full bathroom is on this floor. This bathroom also has access to the Living area. There is a screened porch and a large sun deck with views to the north, east and south.
MID LEVEL:
A King Jr. Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and its semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) is shared with a bedroom that has both a Bunk Bed set and a single Twin bed. The Queen Master Suite on this level has deck access; its master bath has a large soaking tub and stand-up shower.
GROUND LEVEL:
A bedroom has a Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds with a full bathroom and the laundry area nearby. An extra fridge is available for groceries and beverages.
EXTRAS:
The private pool measures 12' x 29' and a new pool gazebo is will provide shade on hot days. A park-style grill is available and don’t forget, there is also a hot tub for the adults to enjoy. Families can enjoy spending time together by playing on the private volleyball court or shooting hoops into the basketball hoop in the front driveway.

This is a great house.
The location can not be beat. So convenient for families especially those with older kids who want a bit of freedom. The house itself is a little outdated but extremely comfortable, clean and functional. The fenced in yard for the dogs was so nice though I wish it could have been accessed from a deck. Great little pool. Quick beach access. Great neighborhood for bike riding.

A wonderful stay for my family and grandbabies.
Very comfortable and clean and a wonderful pool and hotub. We ate several meals poolside and enjoyed it very much. The best of all was the proximity to the beach for early morning and evening walks as well as swimming and soaking up the sun. Highly recommend this lovely rental.

The location is perfect for walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Perfect for families, felt safe. The house had many wonderful updates that we enjoyed, especially the pool/hot tub/gazebo area. The outside decks were wonderful for relaxing and reading a book, with a small view of the ocean. The inside house decor was beachy and bright and the owners did a great job decorating. Although the house was dated(not a big deal) the home could use more attention to the cleanliness of the home, especially in these covid times

We loved it!
The house was clean and wonderfully located. It's a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to a shopping center with some restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. The pool is a great size, and the outdoor areas are awesome with plenty of seating. There's always plenty of sun by the pool, along with shady seating areas. The kitchen has plenty of tools and pots and pans and such for cooking. I had a question for the management prior to my stay, and a got a polite and prompt reply. The house was overall a great place to stay for a family to enjoy the beach.

Great stay at the OBX
This was our first time at the OBX and we had a great time. The house had plenty of room for our entire family (5 adults and 4 kids) and was in a great location...1 block from a shopping center with a Food Lion and some restaurants and two blocks from Timbuck II which had some great shops, rest . Everyone enjoyed spending time in the pool.

We had a great time! The house was perfect. The inside of the house was very clean (something I was concerned about with Covid). When we walked in we knew the house had been cleaned properly. My only suggestion regarding this is to make sure the outside gets a once over by the cleaning folks. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The location was incredible. The teens really appreciated being able to easily get to places (there may have been repeated walks to get ice cream). The pool was a lifesaver! It was wonderful to have that available and many hours were spent there. We had a great vacation! I can’t wait to come back.

We have stayed at several houses in both Corolla and Duck, and I am happy to say this was our best yet. Price: This house is very reasonably priced compared to others. Condition: It’s actually nicer than the pictures. The new owners plan to make some improvements, but as it is now, it’s a great place. Well maintained and great supplies including beach and pool gear. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a Coffee Pot. Location: Incredibly convenient - 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from the grocery store and restaurants. We never had to go far! There is only one refrigerator - so the proximity to the grocery store (without having to get out into traffic) was great. Issues: Getting help was super easy using the App. We only had minor issues, like the internet being out for the first day which was devastating for the teenagers but no biggie for the rest of us. For beach setup, we contacted BeachEZ rentals - each day they set up a 10x10 tent, 6 chairs, a “Coolest Cooler” filled with ice (comes with a blender and portable speaker), and corn hole. Best setup ever and a super nice owner.
