Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill community, it is a short walk (1800 feet) to the Tasman Drive beach access. If preferred, you can park in the small neighborhood parking lot just down the street near this beach access too. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a large flat-screen TV to enjoy watching your favorite programs or admiring the beautiful views from the wraparound decks with panoramic vistas of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The Dining area seats 8 and the Kitchen Bar Counter seats 4-8 more persons if needed. The large Kitchen is well-stocked and has plenty of counter space for the family "chefs." A half bath is located near the Kitchen. The first of 3 King Master Suites is located on this level with deck access to the back of the house. (Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.)

MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on the level: the second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo for its master bath. Next there's a Queen Jr. Master Suite which has deck access and new furniture. It has a semi-private bath that is shared with the other 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 Twin beds and the other has 2 Bunk Bed sets for children.

GROUND LEVEL:
A large game room is available with a Pool table with a large flat-screen TV. There is a full-size refrigerator available and small kitchenette. Just outdoors, enjoy the large private pool (12' x 24') is available and a hot tub. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles.

EXTRAS:
This house is conveniently located across from the Villages at Ocean community playground and basketball/tennis courts and is just down the street from the sand volleyball court. Remember, your family will be able to use these free amenities; there is access to the Fitness Center for a small fee. There are 2 community pools (one by the ocean and the other by the Fitness Center). Guests will have passes to park at the main oceanside parking lot, which is 100 yards away from the surf, rather than walk over with their beach gear. Included in these community amenities is access to Sharkey’s, a full-service snack bar with bathrooms located by the beach boardwalk where you may choose to beachcomb, sun, swim or stroll on the pristine beaches of Corolla.
