It's About Time you planned an Outer Banks vacation! This property offers a new hot tub and is walking distance from the South Beach Community Pool (with kiddie pool, too) in the Magnolia Bay section of The Currituck Club resort. [Note: no dogs or other animals allowed in this home].

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and encompasses the kitchen and dining areas. The dining area seats 6 and there are 2 seats at the kitchen bar counter. The living area has a flat-screen TV (streaming and cable service available) and comfortable couches and chairs for relaxing with your family with a wide bay window for outdoor views. A Half Bath is located by the kitchen. The spacious Queen Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and its master bath has a shower with a separate soaking tub. There is deck access to the back of the house.(Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use).
ENTRY LEVEL:
Enjoy the front porch with deck furniture and there are 2 more bedrooms: one is Queen and the other has a Queen with a Twin bed. These bedrooms share the hall bathroom. Stairs at the back of the house leads to the backyard patio which offers a Hot Tub, outdoor seating and a picnic table with a propane gas grill available. The garage is not available for guest use and cannot be accessed.

Besides using the South Beach Community Pool, approximately 1225 feet from this home, rental guests may use the other amenities offered by The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball! There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.

Would definitely stay again.
The home was lovely. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was mostly very clean although there was a lot of animal hair on the furniture, odd since it's a no pet home. We have pets at home so it didn't really bother us. The welcome bag with essentials to get us started was a nice touch. The Currituck Club amenities were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for our family
House is well proportioned, comfortable with pleasant decor. The gated community is quiet, well maintained with golf, tennis, pools and beach trolley service. This was perfect for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms (although could sleep 7); well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches. Pool in walking distance and fabulous beach close by.

We had a wonderful week & loved the house. The beach is great & the trolley service fabulous especially as it drops you home at the door! We also used the pools (around the corner) & the main pool (bit more lively -- has a bar/food).

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at It's About Time. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The weather was pleasant. My husband and my son-in-law were able to enjoy a round of golf at The Currituck Club, a beautiful course! We definitely enjoyed The Currituck Club amenities -- the beach trolley and valet. We even splurged on the Door To Shore amenity and would highly recommend it to anyone with lots of baby paraphernalia or aging parents--both of which we had on our trip. [The] house is so beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The street is quiet and kid-friendly. Love the walking paths and the close approximately to the community pool!
