I’m Lov’n Sea & Sand mixes the best of the beach with a quiet maritime neighborhood setting. It is located on a cul-de-sac of the Magnolia Bay section in The Currituck Club resort. It is dog-friendly for up to 2 pets and it has a private pool for everyone to enjoy themselves when not visiting the nearby Corolla beach. New hard surface floors have been installed on this level to create an open and airy atmosphere.
Beds: 2 Kings (1 Master), 1 Queen Master, 1 Pyramid Bunk Set with Trundle; 10 Towel Sets provided
TOP LEVEL:
Large Great Room encompasses the Living area (note: gas fireplace not for guest use), the Dining area (seats 8) and fully equipped Kitchen with counter (seats 5). Sliding doors off the Kitchen and Great Room lead to a sun deck with a picnic table for outside dining and plenty of chairs to sit and talk with family. There is a half bath on this level near the Kitchen. The King Master Suite has both a soaking tub and a separate shower in its private Master Bath.
ENTRY LEVEL:
A King Bedroom shares a hall bath with another bedroom that has a Pyramid Bunk Bed. The Queen Master Suite has deck access and its Master Bath has shower/tub combo. The garage has been converted to a game area with Foosball and a Ping Pong table (bicycles shown in photo are not available). The outdoor patio surrounds a private pool that measures 12' x 29'. An outside shower is available to shower off after visiting the beach.
EXTRAS:
In-season, the Magnolia Bay section has full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones and tennis courts. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.

Anniversary Get Away
This home was perfect for our family of 10. It was a little chilly to use the pool, but we enjoyed the deck. It backs to the main road so there is traffic noise, how ever that did not bother us to much. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet.

We loved this house and it’s location ! It was perfect for a short family vacay ! It was clean and comfy! They ac had an issue upstairs we called paramount and they had someone come right out the next morning and fix it on the spot . We definitely recommend this house and can’t wait to go back .

Needs TLC but nice pool
This house needs lots of TLC. The pool was clean and they vacuumed midweek for us. Also surprised that we backed up to a busy road and had traffic noise. The neighborhood is lovely and it would have been convenient to use the shuttle to get to the beach but we chose to walk (15 min).
