Begin your family's adventure by choosing Corolla Odyssey for an exceptional beach vacation experience! This home has nine bedrooms (7 Masters + one Junior Master) will be the perfect setting for an extended family to gather and enjoy the home's numerous amenities. The home is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs and is only 1025 feet from the Perch Street beach access.

TOP LEVEL:
This level features a Great Room with flat-screen TV in the Living Area and two separate Dining tables with seating for 18. The Kitchen Island can seat 4 more persons and overlooks the gourmet Kitchen which has granite counter tops. The Kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances offering 2 large refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, wall oven and a prep sink. An elevator connects all levels of this home and is an added convenience when bringing in luggage and groceries. A large King Master Suite has vaulted ceilings, flat-screen TV and a Master Bath that has jetted tub, separate tiled shower and double sinks. [Note: gas fireplace not for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
A Den sitting area is a comfortable place for family members to gather and watch or stream their favorite entertainment. There are 5 bedrooms on this floor: 2 King Master Suites each have a private bathroom. Two bunk bedrooms each have 2 bunk bed sets apiece (sleeps 8) with a private bathroom in each; an ideal room layout for kids and cousins to share. A Queen Master Suite with a flat-screen TV has deck access to the front porch.
GROUND LEVEL:
The Lounge is the central entertainment area with a kitchenette and game area to play both Pool and Foosball. A large flat-screen TV and seating will host more family gatherings, especially since the pool deck is just outside its double doors. The private pool, measures 14' x 30', has a pool gate surrounding its perimeter. There is plenty of room for lounging. The outdoor bar area provides some shade and a place to serve refreshments made by your family's bartender. Back indoors, there are 3 more bedrooms on this level: a Queen Master Suite with access to the pool area from the bedroom, a Queen Bedroom with access to the pool area and a full hall bathroom opposite its bedroom door. The last bedroom is a Queen Junior Master Suite with a semi-private full bathroom (one door to the bedroom and a second door to the hall); this bedroom also has access to the pool area. The laundry area is located on this level with a washer and dryer available.
EXTRAS:
A basketball hoop is located in the front driveway. This home has an electric vehicle charger: a Tesla NEMA 14-50 four-prong receptacle; be sure to bring your charging cable and/or plug adapter.

We loved the house. We were there for a family vacation with 15 of us there. We had plenty of room. Great pool area. Nice open kitchen and dining area. I would definitely recommend this house!

Loved this house. 5 minute walk to beach. Accommodated my family of 16 perfectly. Well-supplied kitchen. Nice pool. We had a very enjoyable week.

This property was perfect for several families. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The rooms were spacious and made our trip so much fun! The outside pool, hot tub and volleyball court were icing on the cake! Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a great house where you can spend time with family or friends!

Overall a great stay!
We had a family vacation to OBX and this property suited our needs for all ages. Having private bathrooms in most bedrooms was an amazing amenity. They have every cooking utensil you could need and then some. It is very well designed for large groups. We contacted the property management company during our stay for a very minor issue and they were quick and responsive. There were a couple minor things that aren’t included on the VRBO listing (ie no bath mats, no kitchen hand towels provided), but all of that information was provided after booking by the property management company allowing us plenty of time to pack and plan accordingly.

Great rental experience!
Accommodated 16 adults easily. We rented a golf cart which made it easy to get to grocery store and shops. Over all excellent stay. Just wish the back of house would be pressure washed a little more frequently !

Four generations of my family spent a week together and had a wonderful time in the pool, at the beach, on a wild horse tour, shopping and sharing meals. The house was great and well supplied with everything we needed! A minor plumbing problem was addressed very quickly.

Corolla Odyssey was spacious and comfortable for our family beach week! The pool was refreshing, and the walk to the beach, easy. Nice having 3 refrigerators! Just more open pantry space for food would be helpful. Loved the elevator! Great seeing cousins reuniting and enjoying each other!

Dog-Friendly, Elevator, Hot Tub
This home is exactly as stated. If you are thinking this may suit your needs, believe me it does. The dining table is huge and easily allowed a beautiful sit down dinner most nights. Brand new gas grill....and they were having new items delivered during our visit, obviously keeping the items clean and up to date. The pool was closed but we knew that going in. Hot tub was clean and maintained. The kitchen has more than you can imagine basically 2 of everything. I would recommend this for any family members with mobility issues as it has an elevator and bedroom on top floor which worked well for my elders. The owners of this property know what they are doing and the management corporation is a 10. Lastly, the home is a 3 minute walk to ocean via a trex deck path which is 3 homes in either direction. If you want a safe and quiet home to enjoy a vacation with your family this is the place for you! Thanks for sharing this property with my family.
