Coastal Castle will become your "forever beach vacation" home once you enjoy its ocean views and numerous amenities that it has available for guests! It is dog-friendly for up to 2 pets.

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has plenty of room for relaxation with a wraparound couch and separate recliner. A breakfast table at the front of this room will seat 4. There is access to a east sun deck at the front of the house for the early-risers in the family to enjoy their coffee while taking in the views. The galley-style kitchen is prepared to handle a crowd with 2 dishwashers and 2 full-size refrigerators with granite countertops offering plenty of room to prepare family meals. The kitchen bar counter has chairs for 5 and the dining table will seat 12. There is half-bath located nearby. A King Master Suite on this level has a private deck; its master bath has a soaking tub with a separate shower. From the back deck, guests can access the rooftop deck to see the sun rise over the ocean and sunsets over the Currituck Sound. An elevator connects all levels of this home.
MID LEVEL:
This floor has several bedrooms and an private office if guests must work on their vacation! There are 2 King Master Suites; one has a shower in its master bath and the other has a shower/tub combo available. A King bedroom has access to a shared bath (shower/tub combo) with the another bedroom that has 2 Twin beds. All of these bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level has a Pyramid Bunk/Bunk Bed Master Suite which is ideal for kids. Next, family members will be spending a lot of their time in the Lounge, which is equipped with a Pool table, couches for lounging and watching TV, a sitting area and a kitchenette with bar seating, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler and a half bath. The laundry area has 2 stackable washer and dryers. [Note: gas fireplaces in the home and in the Guest House are not available for guest use.]
GUEST HOUSE:
Completing this home is a Guest House with two King Master Suite apartments; each apartment has a private entrance with wet bar, beverage fridge and microwave for guests. A Cabana Room with a TV, full-size refrigerator, wet bar, microwave and a table for 6 guests is located on the bottom level of the guest house and joins the pool patio for a place to gather and relax.
EXTRAS:
Just outside, guests will enjoy the 12' x 27' private pool (pool heat is available for an additional fee), hot tub, gas grill, a volleyball court and basketball hoop. We LOVE this house! It is so well cared for, decorated so beautifully, clean and comfortable. Owner called me mid week to make sure all was well. Super nice, I worried about nothing. Our family used and enjoyed the pool, pool table, volleyball and even our adult kids loved to play hide and seek. I cried on the way out as per usual. Looking to book it again next year ❤️

Family vacation
Wonderful trip. House was amazing. Owners so nice to call and make sure we we good. Bad weather but house had plenty to keep everyone busy.

This house was perfect for our large family.
We had 10 kids, 8 adults, one pappy and a dog. I was worried that the 2 masters in a separate house might feel isolated but it did not at all- it was connected and great to not hear the noise of the main house in the morning. The amenities were spot on- the pool, hot tub, lookout, arrangements of the bedrooms, theater room, pool table, access to the beach (although our beach access was closed for upgrades during our stay), volleyball court, everything! We will be back! Only small recommendations- more plastic cups for kids, lighter dinnerware, more kitchen utensils, an outside table. Overall amazing home and so grateful we had the opportunity to stay here!

This is perfect home with extended family.
The guest house Master bedrooms are well equipped with mini fridges, microwaves and fireplaces. The main house has multiple masters all with deck access. Even though this home is one street removed from Oceanside you still have views of the water due to the beach access boardwalk which is next to the house. If you bring your dogs you and they will enjoy the large grass yard.
The owners have made multiple upgrades including new pool decking which is complemented by the many different seating options…comfy chairs and love seat, Adirondack chairs and a hammock.
We especially appreciated the owners calling us and asking about our experience. We’ve been coming to the OBX since 1991 and have stayed in many homes. We’ve already pre-reserved this house for next year. You won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed staying in this Paramount Home. It fit our large family of 19 with lots of room to spread out. It was clean and well taken care of. We loved the pool area. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.
