Set sail for your next beach vacation at Calm C's, a cozy and charming 3-bedroom home, located in the Magnolia Bay section of The Currituck Club resort. A few of its delightful features include a private pool and a hot tub and the home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs.

TOP LEVEL:
The spacious King Master Suite has a private bath with shower and soaking tub. Two more bedrooms include a Queen bedroom which shares a bathroom with a bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bed sets for kids. The bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
ENTRY LEVEL:
The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and encompasses a spacious living area with flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has a bar counter (seats 4) and the round table in the dining area seats 7. There is a half bath on this level. There's access to the screened porch with additional seating for relaxing in the shade. The back deck also features a hot tub and a few steps down to the private pool which measures 13' x 30' (pool open mid-May to mid-October). An outside shower is available to shower off after visiting the beach. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
EXTRAS:
In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. As guests with The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet service, a Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout the resort, with sound and ocean views.

I absolutely loved this place and the community.
This place was great 👍👍When I called on Friday about the wasp nest by the hot tub and the bathroom, first floor door and toilet paper holder, they had somebody out there that day. That’s great customer service.

We had horrible weather as soon as we arrived. Paramount got us into the house right away. It was centrally located in Corolla at the Currituck Club. Quiet neighborhood well kept and clean. The house itself was clean. Plenty of kitchen tools. Sheets, blankets and towels were provided. Even a little starter bag with paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and a hand towel. Overall please with this property.
