Breezy Banks is an impeccably maintained home, that provides plenty of room for relaxing with family and friends. Enjoy the sunset from the west-facing decks and screened porch. Conveniently located and walking distance within a few minutes from the soundside pier, community amenities which include a large pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Walk or drive to the private community beach access on the oceanside with free parking or take a short bike ride to the center of the Town of Duck which has plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
Located on the top level is a Great Room with cathedral ceiling, a living area with flat-screen TV, the dining area (seats 8), kitchen island (seats 4) and a well-stocked kitchen with appliances including a single-serve (pod) coffee maker. A half bath is located nearby and a King Master Suite with private deck access, soaking tub and separate shower. Guests have access to the sun deck with screened porch that has an outdoor table to enjoy dining outside. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
This level has 4 bedrooms which flank the den in the center of the floor. The King bedroom has shared bathroom that is between another bedroom has 2 Bunk Bed sets. Across the floor, there is both a King Master Suite which has a shower/tub combo is its master bath and a Queen Master Suite that has as shower in its master bath.
GROUND LEVEL:
A large, comfortable Lounge area has a wet bar with wine cooler plus an ice maker appliance to keep your beverages cool; there's a second refrigerator available also for storing extra beverages and groceries. The Shuffleboard table is a new addition to this room. There is a full hall bath (shower) available. The laundry area is located on this level. The new private pool (11' x 30'; open mid-May to mid-October) is ready and the hot tub is located near the pool deck.
EXTRAS:
Besides the Tuckahoe community pool (with bathrooms and showers) and tennis court (also has pickleball lines), there is access to a private beach access for guests with free parking (one parking pass is provided); it is approximately 1/2 mile away from this home.

Family time
The house was fantastic, beautiful place. We had the best time. The place was very clean and spacious. Our little family had so much fun together there. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed. I will definitely be back. It is three stories and the stairs got me a little bit. I’m not used to stairs or at least not that many. lol. Love staying there though!!

Lots to do in area
Our family of 9 adults had a great stay at Breezy Banks! The house is beautiful & very clean, the kitchen well-stocked and the pool a fantastic addition. We rented bikes for riding to the beach & into town and we walked to the pier on the Sound for sunsets. Paramount Destinations are so easy to deal with, they kept us well informed and answered questions & requests very promptly. Would definitely recommend Breezy Banks & Paramount Destinations.

Well-maintained home
We had a lovely stay at Breezy Banks. It is a lovely home very well-maintained and had all the things that one would need renting a house. It may have been nice to have some beach chairs and some towels for the beach but not a necessity.

Beautiful, spacious home
This house was beautiful and we loved the deck and how much space there was inside the home. We rode bikes to the ocean and went down to the pier on the soundside.
