An Ice Skating Rink on The Outer Banks!

 

The only thing more magical than the holiday season is the holiday season on The Outer Banks! From November 24th through December 30th, 2023 on Friday and Saturday evenings, stroll through the Historic Corolla Village from 5PM to 8PM to see the Christmas lights!

 

Over the last few years, Corolla Village has focused its efforts on spreading holiday cheer and this year, they've even added an ice skating rink to Whalehead Park. That's right, an ice skating rink! Conveniently and beautifully located under bright lights just next door to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, this holiday addition to our annual Christmas in Corolla is the perfect kid-friendly and family activity for the Outer Banks' off-season.

 

Gather your family and friends for an evening stroll through the Historic Corolla Village where thousands of holiday lights make our little Village sparkle. Visit local shops like one of our all time favorites, The Kind Cup, for a yummy hot chocolate for the kids, or a warm and festive latte for mom and granddad! Bring your little ones to tour Corolla's active K-8 public charter, Waters' Edge Village School, and see how the local kids learn!
