Ohana House is a quaint 4-bedroom home with private pool and access to the amenities in The Hammocks section of The Currituck Club.  [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
An open and spacious Great Room features a Living area with flat-screen TV and another separate seating area for family members to sit and chat. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is well-stocked with plenty of equipment for making family meals. The Kitchen Island seats 3 and the Dining table seats 6.  A half bathroom is located by the Kitchen. The King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV, deck access and its bathroom has a shower/tub combo. At the front of the house is a screened porch for another relaxation area and the back sun deck off the Dining area overlooks the pool deck below. The Laundry area is located on this level. Gas fireplaces in the home are not for guest use.

On the upper level, the Tower Room offers 2 large, comfortable couches to stretch out and watch a movie or enjoy views of the surrounding neighborhood and landscape.

MID LEVEL:
A Queen Master Suite with flat-screen TV and a shower/tub combo in its Master Bath. This bedroom has deck access to the back of the house. The other two bedrooms: one with a Double Bed and the other is a Double Twin Bedroom which share a hall bathroom.

GROUND LEVEL:
The Game area with Pool Table has access to the Pool Deck. Spend your days enjoying the private pool (open mid-May to mid-Oct.) and using the gas grill to prepare family favorites. An outside shower makes it easy to shower off after beach-going or before using the private pool (10' x 35') or hot tub. The garage is not available for guest use.

EXTRAS:
The Hammocks section has a full-size community pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.
