TOP LEVEL:
An open and spacious Great Room features a Living area with flat-screen TV. The Kitchen has new appliances and is well-stocked with plenty of equipment for making family meals. The Kitchen Island seats 4 and there are two dining areas: one as a breakfast table (seats 4) and the other for dining table seats 6. A half bathroom is located by the Kitchen. The King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV (streaming TV only), deck access and its bathroom has a separate shower and garden tub. Sun decks face both east and west with a screened porch on the west side of the house that has Nags Head Hammocks' furniture.
On the upper level, the loft is set-up as a home office with a desk that has an adjustable height, office chair, and excellent Wi-Fi speed or an ethernet connection available and a flat-screen TV. There is a full bathroom by this room also.
ENTRY LEVEL:
A Queen Master Suite with flat-screen TV and deck access is close to the other bedrooms on this level. For the other two bedrooms, one has 2 Twin Beds and other has a King bed which share a hall bathroom. There is deck access to the back porch overlooking the pool. Spend your days swimming in and sunning around the private pool (15' x 18' L-shape) and using the gas grill for preparing family favorites. [Note: guests may use garage for storage only but there is no room for parking inside garage.]
EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Amazing Property
Amazing property, very clean and well-organized. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for us. Currituck club also had many useful amenities and community pools. Although the beach is not walking distance, the trolley runs every 15 minutes and takes you to a private beach. I would stay here again.

It was a beautiful home in a fantastic location. The kitchen was super stocked with everything we could have needed. Having the garage to park our strollers and wagon in was a great bonus. Hope to come back next year. Trying to decide on this house or trying a new one!

This was a beautiful home and our best summer vacation rental to date! The house was so clean and spacious and had everything we needed minus the things you’re asked to bring. We loved it so much that we just want to the local Food Lion and bought food to cook bs going out to eat, which saved us so much $. The club amenities (pool and gym) were easy to access and really enjoyable. The house was close to town and the beaches. Super convenient location. We loved it and hope to return!

We stayed at Memories in the Hammocks through Paramount Destinations in June 2022. We have rented several homes in Corolla through a handful of different management companies. This was BY FAR a wonderful experience and neither Paramount nor the owners of Memories disappointed. The house is extremely clean (thank you Paramount for considering this a top priority!), the attention to detail and quality in the contents of the home (thank you to the home owners!) made our stay so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Loved the screened in porch right next to the pool so the baby could nap in the shade while the rest of the family played by the pool. Cannot wait to go back!

What a wonderful week in our happy place!
The house was incredibly clean, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family of 7. We loved the screened in porch and the pool was exactly what we needed, in early June it was perfectly warm and refreshing! Overall an amazing stay- we will be back!

Very Clean. Plenty of room. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was bigger than it looked on the website. Another large neighborhood pool a very short walk. No need for golf cart. 10 minutes from Currituck lighthouse. First time in Corolla. Loved it!

Perfection
We have been to the outer banks many times. Definitely one of my favorite houses. Very clean, lots of amenities included. Wonderful neighborhood with great beach access.
