“Everyone at Paramount was amazing. Both the security guard and the nice lady at the check-in were very friendly. We actually locked ourselves out of the house while enjoying our first morning coffee on the screened in porch. Luckily, my wife had her phone and I contacted a very sweet young lady who sent another nice lady to rescue us. Later in the trip, we discovered that our BBQ grill wasn’t working . I called the same girl and she had a man with a new propane tank there in no time. I cannot say enough about Paramount Destinations. I will highly recommend them in the future.”

“Channing went above and beyond to fix the issue with the home theater. He ordered a bulb which would not have been delivered before the week was over. Our girls were so disappointed. Channing left but returned a while later to let us know he had looked further into the issue and had some new ideas of how to fix it. Turns out it wasn’t the bulb after all but a cable issue. He replaced the HDMI cable and voila it worked perfectly! We and our girls were so happy as the movie theater was one of the main reasons why this property was so nice in November. Channing is our hero!!”

“We recently stayed at a VRBO managed by Paramount Destinations. It was a 6 bed 5.5 bath home with pool and a hot tub. Plus a rec area with a pool table/ping pong table. The house was very clean with high end of wolf appliances. A very large kitchen and a large living room area. The house was 3 levels with the top 2 levels having multiple decks. This was a beautiful home that served all of our needs. Plenty of room for the 14 of us to spread out. Just a short walk across the street to the beach.”
