When using the Happy Stays app, locate the Neighborhood where your vacation rental home is located (it is shown below the property name in the example) and then click on the corresponding neighborhood from the list below to see the closest beach access to your rental property:

Please Note: Beach Parking Permits are required for the Corolla 4-Wheel-Drive (4WD) beach from April 26 – October 4, 2025. There is a limit of 300 permits sold per week; if you plan to visit the 4WD area, please purchase your permit in advance of your stay.
