The Currituck Club
The Currituck Club is the northern beaches only gated golf course community. This ocean to sound community centers around the 18 hole Rees Jones designed golf course and features amenities such as a Clubhouse with Pro shop, dining facilities at Bunker’s Grill and Member’s lounge, Fitness Center, Community tennis, volleyball and half basketball courts, community pools, trolley system to the beach, beach valet service, playground and indoor game room. Guests who stay in homes with golf memberships receive priority tee times and reduced rates to play. |

Pine Island
Pine Island is a pristine Oceanside neighborhood of luxurious vacation homes bordered to the west by thousands of acres of National Audubon Society Sanctuary. Pine Island guests can enjoy the Oceanfront community pool complex which boasts 2 pools, a picnic area and a playground. The centrally located Pine Island Racquet Club is open to the public and for a fee offers indoor and outdoor tennis, a fitness and cardio room. Bike and nature trails wind throughout this neighborhood offering miles of outdoor enjoyment for everyone. |

Ocean Sands
The oceanside community of Ocean Sands offers many public accesses to the wide beaches it borders and is located just a short distance to many of the area’s finest restaurants, shops and the new Harris Teeter grocery store. Guests in several of the northern sections have access to the outdoor tennis courts and the seven acre stocked freshwater lake. |

Buck Island
The Oceanside community of Buck Island caters to its guests by having showers and restroom facilities close to its main beach access which does have a beach lifeguard on duty in season. This neighborhood offers something for everyone in the family with its community Olympic-sized pool and baby pool, hot tub, pool house, tennis and half basketball courts. Buck Island is located right across the street from the wonderful shopping and entertainment found in the Tim Buck II shopping complex. |

Corolla Light
The ocean to sound community of Corolla Light offers plenty of family activities through its diverse amenities. The oceanfront complex boasts 3 pools, poolside dining though the Clubhouse Café and onsite snack bar, game room, lighted basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, putting green and playground. A free trolley system links the entire neighborhood and can take you to the various outdoor tennis courts or the Sports Center. The Sports Center has an indoor Olympic sized pool, racquetball, indoor clay tennis courts, hot tub, saunas, weight and cardio rooms and a game room. Also located on the Sound is an additional pool facility, nature trails, piers and a fishing pond. |

The Villages at Ocean Hill and The Estates at Ocean Hill
The Villages at Ocean Hill and the Estates at Ocean Hill are the last communities on the paved road before you reach the 4 wheel drive access only area making it a wonderful place to relax on the wide beaches and possibly even see one of the wild horses. This ocean to sound neighborhood offers a fitness center for a nominal fee, outdoor community pools, four outdoor tennis courts, basketball court and playground. Nature lovers will especially enjoy the stocked lake and new Estuarine Sanctuary walk that winds through the wetlands to the Currituck Sound. |

Although the neighborhood does not allow private pool it does offer a soundside community pool and tennis courts for a nominal fee and boat launch from its soundside dock. |

The Oceanside neighborhood, Seacrest Village in Southern Shores, is conveniently located in between the Wright Memorial Bridge and the village of Duck. Private beach access can be found at the end of each of its’ streets and the large homes and homesites afford plenty of privacy. |
